Every business decision we make and every action on Transnational behalf must be assessed in light of whether it is right, legal and fair. Ethical lapses at any level in the organization can quickly destroy that trust and confidence, leading to significant consequences that in some cases threaten its very existence.

Our Code of Conduct and Ethics Code (the Code) is a roadmap to guide employees to make decisions that meet the highest standards of integrity, professionalism and ethical behaviour. It supports the Transnational framework.
